I am about to relocate to a property that has an external water sediment filter--the ones that filter the whole house supply.

Does anyone know a good service company who will come to the house and service the device?

I have never used one before but I presume that parts need changing/cleaning, etc,.. and have no idea when this was last done.

I am going to upload a photo of the contraption--it may help to get the right advice.

Oops--the photo is not aligned correctly--the filter actually stands up vertically, Duh!! Not sure how to rectify that.

They are good and will come out and give you a bid. They are very knowledgable about water filters, pumps and wells. Possibly/probably the best in CM.

The filter may just need to be backwashed or it may need to have the filter material replaced or you may need a new one or another one depending on your water quality.
