Taken from his fb page who is this man and why you say it is involved? Just asking because I don't followed the case This is Nomsod, or Dodo - The son of village headman Warot Tuvichien. The Thai webpage CSI LA has been working on this guy. I read Thai so I have been able to scour the site and I believe he was involved too. His father claims he wasn't there, and they have CCTV footage in his uni in BKK to prove it, but the CCTV footage is after 9am the next day and previously the day before. A speedboat was seen leaving the Island early and its assumed he got out to a nearby airport (samui/surat/etc). He is the one running on the CCTV footage with no shirt. I have looked at many differnet cross-comparisons of his gait, haircut etc and he seems to be the one. Also Thai people from Koh Tao, too afraid to speak out have contacted this page to say he was there that night, and other students at his uni confirmed he wasnt in for class the following day and when he did return people noticed scratches on his neck and arms. Him along with his uncle, the 'mafia guy' in Seans picture, and at the crime site (Mon Tuvichien) are both left handed as seen from pictures, which is consistent with the wounds to David's body. The 2 Burmese are both right handed, I noticed myself from videos and pictures. Don't underestimate the connections of the Tuvichien family. If anyone wants to know anymore details feel free to PM me. Regards Well if this is true everything changes , but it's only rumours, isnt it? Can the UNI really confirm that he wasn't in class the day after the murders? And that he had scratches on his neck and arms? Why can't someone just confront the University about this , should be very easy to clarify . Until someone in charge at the UNI actually can verify this , it will continue to be just a rumour. I'm going to the uni. myself to find-out more about this class-act of a guy...police are not going to follow-up, then I will. Enough is enough. You are not serious surely? Anyone with possibly pertinent info should speak up now. A note on the murder weapons: I and others have been mentioning the 'push-knife' theory as plausibly causing David's wounds. Upon further reflection, the sharp end of a broken bottle could have been the weapon - particularly if it had a prominent sharp piece sticking out. Afterwards, it's simple as pie to toss it out to the sea. Have investigators searched the seabed adjoining the crime scene? Answer: probably no more than they investigated many other areas/issues they should have looked at. Also, have any of the suspects' bodies (including headman's friends, family) been inspected for bruises and cuts? If he does not answer the allegations and makes allegations of his own about other people who may or may not be involved you can be certain his conviction will be rolled out in order to remove his credibility by those he speaks about, if any. A while ago now. Apparently Sean downloaded some pictures of teenage girls. That would make him an ephebophile, not a paedophile. More pertinent is that he worked at the AC bar for 18 months previously (and had just come back to Koh Tao). He obviously indulges in the drug scene on the island. Even if it's info which would shed light on the character of some men who should be suspects (but who Thai cops conveniently eliminate from being witnesses because they're connected to the headman, or are cops, or....?).Even if the Canadian women or whomever are out of the country, they should sign a notarized statement and have it mailed to their embassy in Bangkok, with the words; "Friend of Court info related to the Ko Tao double murder" written in bold on the front of the envelope. It's likely that whatever men committed the heinous crime - also have a history of perpetrating violence - probably on that beach and/or connected to the AC bar. Anyone with possibly pertinent info should speak up now. A note on the murder weapons: I and others have been mentioning the 'push-knife' theory as plausibly causing David's wounds. Upon further reflection, the sharp end of a broken bottle could have been the weapon - particularly if it had a prominent sharp piece sticking out. Afterwards, it's simple as pie to toss it out to the sea. Have investigators searched the seabed adjoining the crime scene? Answer: probably no more than they investigated many other areas/issues they should have looked at. Also, have any of the suspects' bodies (including headman's friends, family) been inspected for bruises and cuts? Granted it's late now, and things heal, but it's likely any attacker would have bruises from a struggle, particularly hands/fingers. Sorry to mention this, but someone's dick may have been damaged by biting teeth. It's not uncommon in forced sex scenarios, and would explain why Hannah's murderer would resort to such barbarity. It is VERY easy to verify/dismiss wether the murder weapon was a broken bottle or not. IF the murder weapon was a broken bottle there would, with 100% certainty, be microscopic glass splinters to be found in David's wounds. I sure hope that a UK autopsy is/has bin done. I have no problems with looking at this from both sides of the coin, as long as clear evidence is provided. Sean is a musician and a singer songwriter He doesnt need an excuse to post music on the internet He is sharing his soul when he does that, and, shouldnt be condemned for it I have no argument with that Steve and am not condemning him for sharing but, his friend was buiried last week and Hannah will be laid to rest today. Posting on a website that is dedicated to finding their killers is insensitive to say the least. Instead of sharing his soul perhaps he could answer a few direct questions? At this present time he has not displayed anything other than self preservation and now, seemingly, promotion. Cryptic lyrics are not what is needed, answers are. No offence, I just think he is full of it. And, about his past criminal record; this has been bothering me also, but not in the same way as others, No one knows what that case was about, only the conviction, and because he is young, and this was in his past, who is to say he didnt have a picture of himself and two girls in a threesome and one of them was 17? until it is brought to light about what exactly constituted "child porn" then, I am not buying this as a reason to denote his character. I personally know people who have had their nightclubs shut down and fined because girls used fake ID and, I was recently told a story whereby a man was with a "professional sex actress" who had a fake ID also, and he was sent to jail The USA is currently using "downloaded illegal" porn files that people didnt even know they had on their computer, because they opened a spam email, which was sent by their political enemies I don't doubt for a minute that Sean was involved with drug activity and even was the occasional or serial date rape drug rapist, as both he and some of his friends don't look like the type that like girls saying no to them, but Sean doesnt have that look to me, while, there are some others whose names and pictures have been posted all over the internet, do look like rapists anyone that will rape will also kill I read up on him just after the Daily Record published their story on him. A while ago now. Apparently Sean downloaded some pictures of teenage girls. That would make him an ephebophile, not a paedophile. More pertinent is that he worked at the AC bar for 18 months previously (and had just come back to Koh Tao). He obviously indulges in the drug scene on the island. I wouldn't like to say where I think he gets his drugs from.
