We need the accommodation from 1st April as our rental agreement on our property runs out then. We are looking to pay between 30,000 and 40,000 baht per month. If you do not speak Thai, just ask the guardman for 'office' and you will find the PIC. 3 B/R for 3-4 K might be difficult but do the footwork and if you are interested negotiate. As direct tenant, the owner will save one month' rent he wold have to pay to an agency. 40 K p.a comes to Baht 3333 he will save.
