I'm selling my klx 250 all-terrain bike. It's an awesome bike for both on and off road. It is in near perfect condition and only has around 10,400km on the clock. It has a nice Yoshimura exhaust and comes stock with a rack and tool set. The bike brand new costs 156,000 baht, but I am asking 118,000 baht.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
