Koh Tao murders: Petition seeking new probe to be handed to PM David Cameron

And ...

SURAT THANI — The Koh Samui Provincial Court on Wednesday approved a police request to detain the Myanmar suspects in the murder of two British tourists for another 12 days before prosecutors seek to indict them.

Of course. Like everything else on Samui, the courts are compromised too. What else was to be expected? Just ask, and we will deliver.

it has been told to me that the jailers are refusing visits to the boys other than the lawyers, who may not even be in country

it is also reported that anyone who brings food, and is attempting to visit is being intimidated with threats and is being reported to various higher ups

Rumors and gossip.

Stories that have come from people on the island, which are no more likely to be untrue than they are true.

Your response, however, is just your opinion, in fact you're merely dismissing these stories out of hand without offering even another story to counter them. Thus it has even less credibility standing alone; add to that a reading of more of your numerous one-liners and the credibility (of this statement at leas, but I'm comfortable extrapolating to a lot of what you write) is pretty much zero.

Not that that will deter you.

The nature of rumors is that they are inaccurate for the most part. How many theories have been published so far on social media? How do we know where they came from?

There is such a desire to protect the status quo, the rich, and the elite here, that I think the only thing we can be sure of, is that we are NOT hearing the straight facts, and that the guys who were arrested were NOT the guilty party.

I actually think that they may have the killers.

Thanks so much for weighing in with your opinion, and clarifying your position as I was really wondering.

You are welcome. Thanks to you for exactly the same thing.

Finally the Thai PM admits he is out of his depth and allows some real policing

I must have missed something. Where did the PM admit any such thing?

THer PM agreed at the ASEM meeting - jot is other officials who are "re-interpreting" the agreement. You need to read outside the Thai media to find out what went on there and with the meeting =with Japan and the Italian demos.

I have no idea what you are trying to say.

None of it appears to affirm the claims made by fred Flintstone

Yes it really matters. No esigs from people that are not UK cits or residents have one iota of relevance to the topic.

Uhmmm... Really? One of the victims was from Jersey and last time I checked the Channel Islands are not a part of the UK. So are you really saying that esigs from friends and family of one of the victims who are also from Jersey have no relevance? I really disagree...

Although Jersey is not a part of the United Kingdom it`s residents are full British citizens.

Thank you. And yet despite this jdinasia still feels that esigs from people from Jersey (such as the family and friends of one of the victims) have no relevance to the topic...

who cares what he thinks,

the Thai police are now facing real allegations of torture from a forensics specialist,

including that they suffocated these poor boys with plastic bags

not sure this link is permitted, but here it is,

no more will we hear the words, "alleged" torture,

it is now a fact

Straw man. I clearly stated that only esigs that count are cits and residents of the UK.

But hey... Why let a little thing like most esigs came from "the whole world" and thus are not eligible to be counted bother you.

Your first statement of "real allegations" is accurate but then you screw it up with the claim "it is now a fact"

Straw man... Lol.

Sorry, I forgot your not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I'll try to type a bit slower for you... What are you waffling on about "not eligible to be counted..."??? Since when did you get to decide what is counted and what isn't?

Oh wait... I think I know what's happened here. You've mistaken a "petition" for a general or national "election"... In that case you're dead right - in a general or national "election" in some countries I believe only the votes of citizen and residents of that country count. But give me a frickin' break... this is a "petition"... You should try doing a bit of research little man.

Now be a good boy and jog on...

Why persons keep replying to your inane immature posts and give you the childish attention you crave is beyond me.Personally,I wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire. The irony in your constant moronic posts, whatever your motives are,is that you're aiding this barbaric murder more attention.I commend you for that.

No I was referring to the fact that to "require" action only esigs from those I mentioned count.

Thanks for trying though!

if that post is meant for jdinasia,

he has a viewpoint that we don't agree with because we are hopeful that "this time" it is different

at no time has there been this amount of publicity and pressure,

we have to hope we are part of the solution.

jdinasia, wants to stay part of the problem
