Mikkihiiri
Recently I heard a friend of mine saying that an Immigration Officer told him that if a Farang has a Marriage VISA he can work without a Work Permit if he works for his wife's business activity or his wife's company. Is that true? Mikki
ubonjoe
That is not correct. There is no marriage visa. You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa entry or an extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai. Perhaps this is what they meant. stevenl
Your skin colour (farang) has nothing to do with this. Top work a foreigner needs a workpermit.
