metal wire (16gauge)

anyone know where to buy metal wire (about 16 gauge)

I could not find any in Home pro

It should be wire hard enough to stay firm but should be able to wrk with a mold (for example turn around a pen to coil)

Coming from Yaowarat, it is on the left side, not so far.

They have a large assortment of springs and steel for making springs

Try the hardware store on Pattaya Tai, on the left hand side about 50m from the junction with Sukhumvit Road. I'm pretty sure I've seen galvanised steel wire there.

Edit to add - I'd be very surprised if Thai Watsadu don't have it too.

I use a lot of "Piano Wire" it is very stiff, you would need something stronger than a pen to form it on.

I buy it from model shops here in the UK.
