Property or Resort Manager/Developer looking for a special project/property

Over the last twenty years, I am fortunate to have helped develop and take care of several amazingly beautiful estates and gardens in in Mill Valley California and at Kauai and Maui Hawaii. I am most inspired by designs that integrate feng shui, permaculture, and aquaculture. alongside latest smart homes technology and sustainable energy systems. I am really hoping to find good people who are as passionate about beautiful architecture and gardens as I am. I am open to different situations. So whether you want to create an extraordinary home surrounded by spectacular landscape of paradise, or already have an exceptional property that needs special attention, let’s talk.

An ordinary room can be made into masterpiece in design by some simple alterations. A simple piece of land can be turned into a garden of eden teeming with life by giving it the respect and love it deserves. I have done these things before, and now I am seeking a property that will deserves special attention and can make use of my many skills. 
I am a 49 year old American living in Thailand for ten years. I have 15+ years experience with managing apartment buildings and care taking private estates.

I have been involved with many different types of projects included restorations, interior design, permaculture and landscape designs, frescoes, venetian plastering, faux painting, and even building tree-houses. New skills I am wanting to develop include straw-bail construction, ponds, earth ovens, hemp-crete, etc. But most of all I want to be a part of a special place 

I have lived mostly in the Chiang Mai area since 2003, I speak Thai and have experience in managing work crews. Building a home or resort can be challenging with people charging you way more than it costs, or simply building something that you don’t want. I can help you avoid these common nightmares.

I can also help connect you with trustworthy legal assistance, great architects, and I am an expert at resourcing inexpensive ways to build something beautiful versus spending too much money when you don't have to. 

Other skills I have include website development, mural painting, sculpting, video production. My passions include writing music, yoga, rock climbing, natural medicines, and trekking. I currently am co-authoring a book in my spare time and looking for some good people who have or want to create a beautiful property in Southeast Asia.
