You can do full body with a sandbag. Buy a strong bag, fill it with sand. There's 30 exercises you can do. No need for a gym ever unless you like gyms. -

Ears cleaned using syringe etc
Here is how I clean my ears: Buy a bottle of Hydrogen peroxide around 7 percent, a syringe and use it to pour into your ear lying on your side. This will disolve and "boil" out the wax. Use the syring (NO NEEDLE OF COURSE!) to circulate the HP in your ear a few times, leave it to work for a while (You know its over when the zissling sound stops) before clean it out with clean water. I have used this for years and it works well as soon as you get the hang of it!! They do the same at the clinics....I have tried it and they nearly destroyed my ears with high pressure flushing! Never again! Not all of these so-called "specialists" know what they are doing.😁 -

The best reasoning for a gym membership is seeing others training and having everything you need in one place. People that stick to a routine, going 3x a week, will make gains, as long as they don the training and stay off their phones. Whatever you do is better than nothing, and if you like climbing stairs you'll at least work your heart,lungs and legs. Charles Bronson mostly did body weight training and he was in good shape. -

Can foreigners really own condos or can they still lose access like with land lease?
@scubascuba3, I guess for land, the info should be in the Land Code Act. I’ll think i need to start documenting that as well. Btw, Sorry for the off topic.
