PHNOM PENH, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- The Cambodian foreign ministry on Friday condemned the Thai military for killing another Cambodian national, who allegedly stole a Thai motorbike on Thursday.

A Cambodian man, namely Soeun Vorn, 21, was shot dead by Thai solider on the suspicion of stealing a white motorbike Honda Scoopy in Thailand's Surin province on Thursday, the ministry said in a diplomatic note to the Thai Embassy to Cambodia.

"The Royal Government of Cambodia strongly protests against such cruel acts conducted by the Thai military, violating the most elementary humanitarian principles and the spirit of good neighborliness and friendship between Cambodia and Thailand," the diplomatic note said.

The ministry also urged the Thai authorities to avoid violence.

It was the second time within a month that Cambodia slammed Thai military for killing its citizens.

In a diplomatic note to Thailand on Oct. 3, the country accused Thai military of opening fire at Cambodian loggers and soldiers patrolling along the border area, leaving 2 loggers dead and one soldier wounded in the Cambodian territory.

According to the report of the Cambodian Ministry of Interior, Thai soldiers shot dead 69 Cambodian illegal border crossers and loggers last year.

As I mentioned yesterday when a Thai national trespassed in Cambodia and got arrested, the law is: THAIS CAN KILL ANY CAMBODIAN but CAMBODIANS JUST ARREST THAIS.

As you know, Thailand is the country of the human rights and the FIRST Thai Human Right is to have the right to kill Cambodians, Laos and Burmese.

I don't know the truth of this. In a civilized country it isn't allowed to kill someone over property. A life is always worth more than property.

It is often allowed to kill someone in self defense or in defense of others as happened with the brave sergeant at arms in Canada this week.

But it would not have been OK to kill that same person if all he was doing was stealing the sound system from the building and carrying to his car.

I have concluded that Thais have very little respect for human life.
