Without british's father. Is my daughter and son still can hold british citizen?

My daughter born in UK and she only got british passport for ID. A few weeks ago me and my dad went to british embassy for proving her birth certificate and we are doing a process to be a thai citizen for her. We thought its easy but its actually more difficult because when she was born there(uk) I didnt inform Thai embassy in UK. They said i have to contact Thai embassy in UK and it takes 2 months to process or go back to UK it will takes less than 3 days.

Now she is not yet 100% thai as no documents to approved. But we are now contacting Thai embassy in UK.

My daughter just 4 year old. And her Passport will expire around middle of next years. My questions

1) Is she still keep her british without father or not?

2)My Son whos born in Thailand got 100% thai nationality with the same father. Is he able to apply for british citizen without father prove and signed?. In his birth certificated got his father name. We actually dont mind as soon as my daughter got Thai ID just incase when they are going to study aboard or their future. Etc...

Best regards,

A Thai birth certificate must be appled for through the Thai embassy in London, but you can apply for it through the Consular Department in Bangkok. They will certify the documents and send the application to the Embassy for processing.

The child has UK-nationality, regardless of the father being present or not. (But it might proof an obsticle to get a new passport without the fathers permission).

You son has UK nationality the same as the daughter by way of the father being a UK-national and can apply for a UK passport. Not sure if the father needs to cooperate. (Unless the father himself was not born in the UK, than other rules could aply).
