Extension of Non-O Marriage Visa

Featured Replies

Hello,

Currently I am holding a Non-O marriage visa, which is expired on 13 Nov 2014.

I have submitted the application and there has a chop on my passport told me to go to the immigration office again on 26 Nov 2014.

I wonder if I am legally stay until 26 Nov and do not need to make a new visa.

Thank you in advance for helping me. wai.gif

The under consideration stamp allows you to stay until your application is approved or denied.

The date on it is the date to go back and get your extension stamp.

All applications for extension of stay based on marriage gets an 30 day "under consideration" stamp.

Just surprised on the date, I always get my 30 days stamp from when my extension ends.

Just turn up 26 Nov to get your remaining 11 months.

There are few offices that start the 30 days on the date of application (Bangkok is one).

Mine starts from when my extension ends.
