When renting ,standard agreement.

Featured Replies

Is there anywhere that a standard rental agreement form can be downloaded?I am thinking of renting my condo and need the reassurance of a contract!!

If the condo project management company is worth its salt, the office of the condo would have one on file if you want it in the Thai Language.

Otherwise, it's easy to write one in English, which is which most western renters would welcome.

You might have to adjust it, but it's a decent start.

The local land office should have the standard Thai rental Contract. I believe, but not 100% that only a contract written in Thai is legal (or an authorized translation)
