I see one just appeared opposite soi 13, almost in the middle of prime ladyboy picpocketing territory. this is good news. except that they have done this 2 times before in the last 5 years and they couldnt find volunteers to man them so they remained empty and were eventually removed. I suspect they will have the same problem, unless they are going to use them to hand out instant fines, but time will tell
