Storage Facilities

Featured Replies

I currently live in Sathon area of BKK and will be homeless for a few months. I need to store my furniture for a while.

Is there a storage facility in BKK that stores stuff for people in my situation?

Bangkok Self Storage.

Rama 4, near the BOSS Tower and Nissan.

Someone asked this reciently and one sugestion was to hire a cheap condo and then lock it up.

May be easier.

get urself a room in a cheap mansion for about 2.000 - 2.500 Baht a month. cheaper than the expensive bangkokselfstorage thing.

The problem with the cheap condo is the cheap neighbors walking off with your good stuff.

I would recomend using a local moving/storage company such has JVK. They will pack, move, store, and unpack with no hassles. They have English speaking staff that are very helpful. The packing was done the same as the many international moves we have made.

Bangkokselfstorage certianly aint expensive, thats for sure.

Why would anyone leave their stuff locked up in cheap condo in where anything can happen to it. at least you have piece of mind with a proper storage facility.

but then again its horses for courses eh. you really do get what you pay for with anything.
