help needed with Zay Hi credit slip (instructions in Thai)

picked up a 500thb ZayHi calling "card" (a slip of paper covered in Thai and various numbers) and can't figure out what to do with it.

there's a general number, but it answers in Thai and doesn't give me a code to switch the language to English.

i managed to call through to a central office and they asked me for the 12-digit number on the slip--which doesn't seem to exist!

anyone use one of these before? or know how to switch to english when calling the initial number (02 554 1000)?

Call the callback number in Bangkok (on the slip), let it ring until the busy signal, hang up and they will call you back in 20 seconds, press 2 for English, enter the code, dial your number.
