Popular Post eldragon
What new skills have you acquired in Thailand? I'm talking about skills that were developed as a direct result of living in Thailand, and not ones you probably would've acquired just about anywhere else in the world. Not one presented so far is anything I haven't heard from a Thai national. Want to find out how neutral I am? Ask me about any of the 56 countries I have visited in my life or 4 that I have lived in. I can name positives and negatives for all.

slapout
I learned to always plan for the worst that could happen, which I have applied around the world in work, travel, etc. I have learned here (Thailand) not to hope that, that worst situation plan, will not be required to be implemented.

h90
Discipline and keeping things in order.......Because no one other who does it, so I needed to improve myself. "Many Thais" vs "Thais." Etc. But thanks for the heads up. In all honesty, I was thinking about stuff along the lines of washing clothing by hand. But draftvader cracked me up. Sorry. Popular Post lust
I hate getting taxi bikes and haggling prices so I bought myself a little CBR 150. I had never ridden a motorcycle and here I decide to learn in Bangkok. I was very intimidated at first but I just watched and did what the locals did when safe to do so. After understanding the traffic and behaviors of the traffic I decided to try a CBR 400. Dropped the bike once when I slipped in oil. Now I ride a 900cc and part of a club. I'm proud of that.
