David Cameron: said: UK won't pay £1.7bn EU bill.

Yesterday George Osborne,claimed a major victory for the UK,by claiming he won a reduction of 850 Million payable to the EU in 2 parts in the New Year,Ed Balls for Labour said: The EU was due to give a reduction to the UK of half the 1.7 billion, so the reduction, plus 850 million was the same as paying 1.7 billion,as stated by Ed Balls "it's all smoke and mirrors"
