English chef for hire

Featured Replies

Hi All.

My name is Craig Stowell. I am 40 years old and currently living in pattaya with my Thai fiancé. I've been here for 1 month and have to months left on my visa but will extend if I find a job. I Have a catering background of over 14 years. Started my career in Tenerife as a short order cook in 3 restaurants, Harley's American diner, chicagos and taffys. Working my way up through appitizers, grill chef, specials I.e mostly pasta dishes Spanish and Italian then on the pass making sure the food was hot and going to the right table with in the quickest time possible. I then worked back in the UK for Blenheim palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire for 4 years. I then worked in a variety of pubs and then as a freelance chef for chef solutions now blue pepper catering. I have been a commis and a chef de partie and can put my hand to almost anything.

My main aim is to stay in pattaya with my fiancé and have a family, aventually! So Im looking for a long term job that's fairly secure with possibility of promotion. I have a current up to date CV that I can email to any possible employees and I can get 2 references no problem.

Thank you for taking the time to read my ad and look forward to hearing from anyone who wants a decent, smart, punctual, reliable hardworking chef!

Kind regards

Craig Stowell
