The Pun Pun no longer a sponsor...

I went to the Pun Pun today for lunch, and the meal itself was great. As Ive said before, if you are really hungry then you will enjoy the portion size of every meal.

Had a good chat to John and it was pleasing to see he maintains his high spirits and jovial attitude. I was surprised to learn he no longer sponsors TV but each to their own.

So members, if you want to try somewhere different for a meal, I'd recommend visiting the Pun Pun. Im sure you will enjoy the experience and John is a great host.

Naturally I am not affilliated to this business nor have any financial interests, but like to share with other TV members when I see something worth sharing. I only regret not going there more often.

Many thanks to John and his staff for a great meal and chat

I wish him well also even though his food is not to my taste. Just a difference, not a criticism. I hope he still hangs out here.

Thank you gang for the kind words....... and am still looking for Butterball Turkeys bigger than pigeons.... If the Indians would have served he pilgrims this pigeon size turkey, we would not be having Thanksgiving Day as we know it.

Thanks again

Have you tried Horeca? I was there recently and they had a few brands incl. Butterball I believe.

Sorry going out of the country so going to miss Turkey Day with you but I recommend it to anyone who want a Thanksgiving with good food and a family feeling.

Thanks JC. You and your family will be missed this year, but do hope you and yours have a good and safe trip, and an enjoyable Thanksgiving.

Yes , regarding Horeca, That's where I usually get our Turkeys, but for some reason this year they are about 25 baht per kilo more expensive than even Makro. ....... and that's a lot when you are trying to keep the meal cost down. But thanks for the input.

... And thanks Khwaibah but did you see any turkeys other than the large chicken size at Rimping, and at what cost per kilo? ,

thanks for your in put though.....
