I remember reading somewhere that immigrations has a new TM Form 47 (90 day report). I have looked a few places online but can not find a new form. If this is true does anyone know where I can find it online.

Thanks.

There is no new TM47 form.

Some immigration offices have modified the receipt portion of the form to show the stamp and such. If your office has done this you would have to get it from them.

Bob, my local Immigration stopped accepting the form that can be downloaded, as they had the stamp (chop) added.

However, that was about a year ago and they have now reverted back to accepting the downloaded forms.

Don't know whether this is the same for all Immigration Departments, as they all seem to have their own set of requirements and rules.

I generated a new form based on a scanned copy from immigration and posted it in the CM forum. This was around September - October but my last visit a few weeks ago showed the old form in the pickup tray. May not be CM specific now as have heard a couple of reports elsewhere.

Yes, here it is

I think you posted the wrong file. The form is completed with personal info on it.

Thanks for helping me out there....

Have there ever been any instances of offices who have modified the form in this way insisting on their modified version being used for even mailed-in reports? It would clearly defeat the purpose of mailing in your report if you had to visit them in person to collect the necessary form first!

The only reports I can recall are of an officer giving the modified form to a person and telling the to use it next time.

I don't think they would refuse a mailed in report with a standard TM47 form.

My office has the modified form. But accept the standard form. They just print it out and tear off the receipt portion to give me (my wife mostly).

They printed out an entire form for me to sign the last time I did a report that I did not know was going to be done when I went back for my extension stamp.
