Hi, I want to learn how to sing a famous chinese song in karen dialect. The song name is Tong Hua by guang liang and I found some guy on youtube singing it in karen aparently. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCyWH74NoGU <<< link posted here. I was wondering if anyone here speaks karen fluently and would like to aid me. I met a karen girl about a month ago and I'm so in love with her. I think she may still have feelings for her ex boyfriend so I want to win her over completely. So, I've decided to try to learn it in her language and sing it for her! She's the only one for me and I want to be the only one for her. We live like 2-3 hours away from each other. I'm working hard to save money for a car so I can visit her more often. I met her when I was working full-time to make some money for school in Connecticut. Please help.. I honestly don't even know if she is being truthful with me because I found her REAL facebook. When I asked her for it she gave me a FAKE one and now I can't even search it up(guessing I'm blocked).

extra info: we spend a lot of time talking on over the phone, although sometimes there is silence for a good 5-10 minutes I assume neither of us wants to hang up first. We started off by texting and then she called me at work. After I quit my job she started calling frequently sometimes if I don't pick up she calls me like 10+ times.

note: is she trying to juggle two guys at the same time? I was being stalkerish and snooped on her facebook and her "ex boyfriend's". The pictures of them together uploaded were almost recent, no more than a couple months ago. This behavior is wrong but, I am just taking extra precautions to not get hurt because I am so in love with her. I love my HONEYDOODOO <3 ):

Maybe you can take that she gave you her "other" facebook than the real one as a "hint" of what she really thinks of you.

Silence for 5-10 mins??? Maybe she went into another room and talked with her other boyfriend? hahaha

Also, learning a Chinese song, but sing it in Karen will surely make her fall heads over heels in love with you and surely she will let you into her other facebook too.... [sarcasm]

Checked out that youtube video, and the dude singing it is overdoing with the autotune. Sounds almost like a robot singing.

Is the language Ahka? That is common in the areas near Chiang Rai. I don't know about other areas.

I have a friend in the US who worked with those tribes for 14 years as an NGO and he speaks that language.

Maybe you could find an NGO who's been there a while who would teach you the words by rote.
