Download.com, No Access From Thailand?

For some reason I can't go to download.com - I get a "cannot find server/The page cannot be displayed" error.

I don't know of any other websites with this problem and if I use a proxy server there are no problems so it's certainly something to do with the connection from Thailand.

I can tracert to the site so it's not a question of resolving the domain:

Maybe they been blocked?

Funny enough when you go to cnet.com (download.com is part of them) it opens all the fields to open (news, review...) ......except when you tick on the download field( which gets you to download.com) again same problem

can ping them perfectly but in IE get "cannot find server"
