Almond and Coconut Flour

I've seen coconut flour at macro, but the bag was not small. I think the price was around 300 THB for a Kilo ... It was placed in the aisle with the backing stuff right side at the very bottom shelf.

Never looked for coconut flour at Friendship but I'm surprised that they don't have it.

Curious, what does one do with coconut flour?

low-carb cooking - biscuits are one thing - not quite as good as normal flours, but ok -

Need a good recipe for biscuits that don't break up when dunked in coffee. smile.pngsmile.png

put some viagra in the biscuits
