November 20, 201411 yr I've seen coconut flour at macro, but the bag was not small. I think the price was around 300 THB for a Kilo ... It was placed in the aisle with the backing stuff right side at the very bottom shelf. Never looked for coconut flour at Friendship but I'm surprised that they don't have it.

November 27, 201411 yr Author I went to Makro and found Coc0nut Pudding Flour. Unfortunatley the main contents were rice flour. Obviously a specialized flour for coconut Puddings. Has anyone else got any ideas.

December 18, 201411 yr Curious, what does one do with coconut flour? low-carb cooking - biscuits are one thing - not quite as good as normal flours, but ok - Need a good recipe for biscuits that don't break up when dunked in coffee. :)
