Nobody dies in comfort or happiness. This guy was choking for breath.

Every minute of the day there are people around the world being burned to death in house fires, being smashed to pieces in auto accidents, dying in agony from cancer and various diseases. This man won first prize in the lottery of death: he died while being massaged by a smiling Thai woman in an air-conditioned room in Pattaya.

I was in the area and can add the local Thais' gossip. He arrived on his motorbike. There were a lot of medicine bottles on his bike. All the other details in the story tally with the local tittle tattle.
