Chao Lao Beach
Looking for a grease exposed to water, very small quantities, like a small tube etc. Everything is lost in translation.

Gonsalviz
If you are talking about axle grease and shop that sells oil has it. Comes in a plastic can with a screw off lid. I think 1 kilo cans is the smallest I have seen but that is not much. The stuff the Isan farmers on their wagons. High pressure grease. Water wouldn't dare try to mix. chickenslegs
I have bought lithium grease (spray cans) in Homeworks and HomePro. It's not totally "waterproof" (is any grease?) but I have used it successfully on hinges and bearings in shower areas. For permanent underwater use I can only suggest you try a boatbuilder or marina. Saw some Marine grease, which I presume is as waterproof as you can get, in one of the big stores while looking for farmers grease. A 1 kilo can of the Marine grease was over 700Bt.
