bbi1
If bring cash from overseas (not Thai baht) to Thailand, would it be best to exchange the cash to Thai baht at Super Rich then deposit the baht in Kasikorn bank account or just deposit the unconverted cash directly at Kasikorn? craigt3365
Don't mean to pry, but how much cash are we talking about? SuperRich will give you the best exchange rate, but if it's not a lot of cash, might not be worth the bother. Just do it at the bank. Depends on the amount. Bullie
I'ts only 1500 euro. I would not be bothered about safety, or the cost of a few beers at most.

scubascuba3
The Kasikorn exchange rates are not good. I brought cash over, exchanged it at a booth I know was good and then deposited it at Kasikorn. I think the difference is approx 1%
Diplomatico
Exchange at VASU, then deposit. As others have said, it's probably only $20 or so but why give that to a bank when you can keep it yourself with minimal effort?
