Three arrested in Phuket for ya ice possession

PHUKET: -- Undercover police arrested three men this morning (Dec. 5) for posession of crystal meth (ya ice).

Komsin Shopkarn, 34, and Boonyarat Phutijidanan 28, were both arrested after plainclothes officers asked to buy from them. Police seized .40 grams from Komsin and .35 grams from Boonyarat and charged each with possession of a category 1 drug with intent to sell.

In addition, police also nabbed Phanupong Saiyajit, 28, on the same charged and seized .30 grams off of him.

All three men were sent to Kathu Police Station.

so cat 1 drug intent to sell not over <1 gram , that would be jail time i presume?
