Japan’s first astronaut Mamoru Mori will be guest speaker at a science fair

Japan’s first astronaut Mamoru Mori will be guest speaker at the National Science and Technology Fair in Bangkok on August 11.

Mr. Mori, now director of the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (MIRAIKAN), will share his experience in space with participants at a seminar to be held as part of the fair. The audience will also hear an experienced Thai pilot speak on “Commercial Pilot Profession”.

The fair, which will end on August 12, will also display several ancient innovations of around 7,000 years old from China.
