I am in KL right now, 3rd day..And i have to say, you are right..boring, and very uninteresting place...People here are friendly enough , couple of good bars / restaurants but prices much higher than Thailand, and the weather here awful...Did the touristy bit today, on the hop on hop off bus, on top deck and it battered down with rain... Got on another bus and the air con set to minus 40 i think, frozen and wet... Did the china town visit, few malls, but over all, im glad i only booked for 4 nights, really not much to do here...

ps.. Stay away from the beach club, what a rip off...420 baht for a bottle of beer... poor choice in drink, ..some pathetic attempt at entertainment, some ladyboys on stage miming to some tunes, place full of smelly / badly needing a shower locals and indians...

Taxi mafia rife here too, very expensive....and loads of scroungers / beggars , 3 nights now seen 1 lad with crutches and 1 leg, same clothes on every day, hopps over to you then hand straight into your face...and the taxi drivers outside bars trying to sell you viagra..lol.... Police were also around the other night rounding up the ladies of the night, apparently 300 arrested...last night the police pulled up outside beach club, and you should have seen the majority of the girls in their try to hide..LOL...have to say though, some absolute crackin totty there
