I am looking or someone to build a website, using Wordpress or Joomla, so taking a template and adding/building to specific requirements, IE adding Paypal modules etc

Its likely to be a few days work, as there are many items that are needed, its a project from scratch, ideally based in Bangkok but willing to consider others that are easily accessible, even if you are not living in Thailand at this current time.
