The bus appeared to have been flipped on its side after crashing into roadside concrete pillars when the moron driving it failed to figure out that roads are 'Slippery when wet'

Fixed it.

How many more before action is taken to properly train these killers behind the wheel. ?

Countless, if watching these drivers speed up and down Vichit on a daily basis is any indication. On top of the speeding, driving habits of these drivers includes weaving in and out of traffic, stopping in the middle of the slow lane to allow punters to go to Supercheap,7/11, Family Mart, etc., abruptty turning in front of oncoming traffic forcing those to either stop or hit the bus and many other dangerous manoeuvres.
