How to block PM from individual members?

Good Morning All,

With the new interface, I can't seem to find the control to block PM's from individual members. I have looked in all the usual places; settings, messages, friends. I can see how to add friends, but not block messages.

If it was a snake, it probably would have bit me . . . but can someone be nice enough to walk me though the process in a simple-minded way? Suggestions such as "Go to the 'PM Block' Link . . . " are unhelpful as I can't find any link or setting like that. Thanks, lah! w00t.gif

Click on your nik (top right, near 'sign out') > Manage Ignore Prefs > enter name of member you want ignored and select 'Messages'. You can also ignore their posts and sig.

When you open a PM look to the left and you will see your name and the sender name that shows read or unread. You will also see Block by sender. Just click it to block the sender.

Ubon Joe,

Thanks, but I don't see that control clicking on the user's name in the PM. However, Dave, your fix worked. Not very intuitive, but simple once you know how. "Manage Ignore Preferences" is the one place I didn't look before, didn't seem relevant.

Thanks, lah!
