My Friend is getting married this saturday in the UK to his Thai Fiancee, she has been married before in Thailand, they needed the divorce papers translated for the registra, i phoned a few translation places in london, they wanted 75.00 GBP first page, and 25.00 for each other page, crazy, i told my wife to start a business up, crazy prices, in the end i e-mailed the documents to a mate of mine in Bangkok they had them translated and e-mailed back within 24 hours, 400 Baht. you should be able to get somebody in Bangkok to do this, there are a few places by the British Embassy area. maybe if you need originals they would post, DHL 48 hour service, still cheaper than the dreaded UK.

I had mine translated by Lifeline Language Services in UK. They gave covering letter listing their qualifications (members of a translating institute) and all copies stamped. Cost 82 pounds and they also included the Mrs' ID card and driver's licence for no extra charge.

I was very pleased with their service, and no I don't work for them!

Sorry just re-read your post. They're not in London but for a quicker service you can scan and email your certs.
