I did a quick search and do not see any communication about this topic. I am considering getting some for a recent condo purchase here. My regular sources are in the States and can't write it here. There isn't really too much exposure, as the building/builder/owner has much of the base coverage - like the condo back home, but want a small liability and coverage for my portions. Any help, information or thoughts are appreciated. I am new to this Forum and also going home shortly, but I will be back hopefully.

Try MSIG for condo insurance.

Most insurance companies seem to do this. Premiums around 2500B per year per million Baht of cover.

Try AXA which is issued by AA Insurance Broker. Also includes Workmen's Comp for any housekeeper injured
