geisha
Hi, the building I live in which is quite a select condo, has apparently changed to True Visions. I have no BBC news, no American film channels, only Universal , Asia news, Fox(!!!) and Australia plus which has hardly any entertainment. I realise that there are various options for True, gold , silver etc, but surely doesn't the cheapest one have a few more options ? I though everyone had BBC, at least I always have before. I spoke with the office and they said it had all changed, but I did get Australia plus which I didn't get two weeks ago. Any suggestions ? I stay here 3 to 4 months a year. Thanks.. Pib
Looks like condo's package is "not" the Platinum or Gold plan as they have the shows you are missing, with the Platinum having more than the Gold plan. TrueVisions has around 8 different plans...all with different channel line ups and prices. Here's the Link to the TrueVisions channel lineups for their various packages.

SheungWan
TrueVisions menu indicates that BBC News now 'only available in the cable system'. Edited December 19, 2014 by SheungWan

brewsterbudgen
Doesn't sound like True, as True doesn't have Asia News, Universal, Australia Plus or Fox News.
