Tariff pause - Trump IS an idiot !!
To 'Save the Frogs' and others who support this Trump idiot - hang your heads in shame. Lawless before he came to Office and Lawless now, this convicted Felon and Sex offender should NEVER have been elected. I am not a 'Trump hater' - (Trump followers like to describe those with rational doubtsabout him as 'haters'). Not so. It's obvious at a glance that Trump doesn't think things through and he ends up in a mess, dragging the USA with him. Trump has been a stain on and a disgrace to the great USA from the start. Let's see how this latest nonsense goes down with the Republican hierarchy. God save America. And save us all from this idiot. -

Please don't tell me that you pronounce the 'T' in "often"... Or, do you?
When we start making exceptions for random words, such as the word often, then things can go awry. We should enforce, reinforce, and teach everyone that the T in often should be pronounced just as much as the T in listen. And, no college professors should be allowed to pronounce the T in often, just as this rule was always in effect when I was at university. There needs to be some uniformity at universities. -

Those of you who live on 40k a month
Don't think I ever met pensioners in the UK who spent all their time in bars or buying breakfasts. Mostly they'd eat and drink at home, with a weekly visit to the OAP drop-in centre for a free cup of tea and biscuit. You OZ pensioners must be really rich to spend your retirements in sports bars and cafes.
