Anyone heard of this place in Silom/Sathorn area (188-188/1 Soi Pipat 2)? Narrowing down my search for a one month serviced apartment. The pictures look OK (of course, they might be 10 years old!) and the location is excellent, but I can't find any reviews of this place, so I'm hoping someone here can help. I'm also concerned about having to put down what amounts to two months rent for a one month stay. Has anyone had any problems getting their deposit back? It seems like most of the serviced apartments require at least a one month deposit, refundable upon check-out.

Hi there, i have never stayed there or been in the building for that matter but i drive past it every day. It is next Chong Nonsi BTS station which is a very nice little area IMHO. They look like they have been recently refurbished.
