Anyone know the answer to this one....

When you are receiving US Social Security direct deposits, is there any other periodic declaration that you need to make to the SSA office to let them know you are still alive? Or is your yearly tax filing evidence enough?

There is no reporting requirement if your situation does not change. You only need to report a change in mailing address -- and you don't need a special form for this.

SSA does send out questionnaires, however. If you don't respond to one of these, they suspend payments until you do.
