Not announced on their website or anywhere else.

I am in the embassy now and they just posted (around 10.30am) that they will be closed tomorrow.

People who applied today (and only those who can show a valid ticket out tomorrow) can come collect tomorrow at 12noon.

The rest who didnt bring their ticket had to renew tickets.

so fi your planning a visa trip there tomorrow cancel it.
