Yes I realise this loonodingle. I joined TV because I thought it was a fair and transparent way of communicating with others in regards to the evil murders of Hannah Witheridge and David Miller, who had everything to live for. It does not appear so though. I have had no replies from the mods regarding my questions over pictures that have 'disappeared' from this thread which were posted today by Chetzee. The pictures that were time stamped 3.32am, 3.38am and 4.47am of a man in a black tee shirt - one picture of him with a missing shoe, one with a car or van driving behind him and another one which I said in another post looked like he could be carrying a hoe. So we'll see if this post gets taken down as well.

Yes, I agree the Burmese 2 lined up for the DNA swab. And that the first police general said that all had been cleared. However, the 2nd general said that not all results had been returned, and by magic those that were later returned were indeed a match. Hence the arrest of the Burmese 2.

If the RTP were going to find scapegoats, the second version had to be clarified as being the truth.

Going back over some news from the Daily Mail regarding the re-enactment –

Identified only by the names ‘Win’ and ‘Saw’, the men were held after it was revealed that their DNA matched samples collected from the victims’ bodies.

The authorities also said they had CCTV footage to support their case and Miss Witheridge’s mobile phone was found in the men’s bungalow.

Has this footage been made public? Or is the footage they are talking about the three of them on the motorbike along with the purchasing of LM cigarettes by Maung? This footage does not incriminate the men. Maung caught on camera buying packet of fags at 23.12 does not implicate him. And three men seen on a motorbike at 23.10 does not implicate them either, so they had better have more than this to back up their claims. And it turned out to be David’s phone. How could they get this information wrong 19 days after the crime occurred?

DNA taken from cigarette butts of the same L&M brand which were found near the crime scene matched samples found on Miss Witheridge, police added, and Win was caught on CCTV footage buying L&M cigarettes.

Win was not caught on CCTV buying cigarettes – Maung was. And Tom the traveller had a packet of LM on the table in front of him in the group picture of the tourists in Chopper’s bar. She would be more likely to share one with him rather than an unknown Burmese man surely. Where was Tom at the time of the murders? If she shared one at all that is. And if the DNA can be believed – say no more.

A third man who was arrested with Win and Saw has been discounted.

That would be Maung then -as we can all see on the still. ‘Discounted’? Wasn’t he held in a safe house and reportedly held down refusing to confess because he had an alibi (with his girlfriend). And talking to the press some weeks ago he did not want his location revealed.

On the night of the murder, the two men were drinking, playing a guitar, smoking and singing on the beach when they saw the two victims kissing, were aroused and decided to get rid of Mr Miller by drowning and beating him before attacking Miss Witheridge, it was reported.

Why did they then take the guitar back to the AC bar and when? What did they see when they took it there, or did they not return it to the bar? Did someone else take it to the bar? There was only one guitar in the re-construction. Maung says he went to the AC bar around 5am to collect his guitar. Where is the CCTV footage of Maung collecting the guitar? And of the guitar getting there initially? None of this adds up.

Method: Win and Saw (both wearing white helmets) pose for photographs as they show police officers how their victims were struck over the head with a garden hoe

Note – no other weapon here – just the hoe that supposedly they killed both Hannah and David with. Maybe they could stage another re-enactment for the doubters now they say there was another weapon used to kill David. And include in it Win and Zaw taking the mobile phone (and David’s sunglasses) and giving it to the other Burmese men who then apparently smashed it.

Gathering: The suspects (Win, right and Saw, left - both in white helmets) sit either side of a police officer explaining how the murders were carried out. Win is pictured holding an acoustic guitar

That is not a police officer they are sitting either side of – it is the pancake seller! He features heavily in the pictures in this report, which I guess he had to considering along with the police, he had to tell them what to do and how to do it. The so called ‘interpreter’ employed by the RTP who is now apparently back selling his pancakes in Koh Tao, must feel quite anxious if he is having to hide any extra income earned over the farce. Once it’s old news I guess he’ll be able to retire.

Police lieutenant general Decha Butrnamphech said: ‘I am very satisfied with the investigation.’

Who is this man, caught on CCTV at 3.32am, 3.38am and 4.57am?

Greenchair posted a picture of him with what looked like one shoe missing which I can't now find.

Greenchair also said a shoe was found at the crime of the scene - I cannot find any info relating to this.

It resembles Maung (to me) but Maung stated he left Zaw and Win on the beach to go and be with his girlfriend (don't know what time he left them). He also stated that after waking Zaw and Lin at around 5am he went to the AC bar to collect his guitar (which remains a mystery as to how it got there).

Hair does not resemble Maungs though.

i have to say that i can not see anything like that in the picture ,

Very early in the case i was convinced that in this image below. that the guy holding the phone in his left had was infact also holding a dark garment close to his body . For me this looked obvious , and explained the odd arm positions both forward of the hips . But it seemed i was the only one seeing that !

What i'm saying is , that sometimes we see what we want to see .

And need less to say the time stamp 3.32 only relates to the 8 min video , and not to 3.32 AM 15.9.14 .

I understand what you are say chetzee re time stamps, but when the pics were originally posted it was clear that the times I quoted were the real times in hours, mins and secs, which were to the right of the date as in this one -

This is Win on the back of the bike isn't it? His tee shirt looks similar to the one the man is wearing in the pictures that have just been reposted by T&C, which originally you posted -

But Win is wearing long trousers when on the bike. Surely this couldn't we Win? Why isn't anything falling into place?

I was talking about the stills taken after midnight - from 03.32am to 04.57am. The tee shirt Win is seen wearing on the bike is similar to the one worn by the man in the stills that were taken down and re-posted minus the time stamps. I'm not saying it IS Win, and I don't want it to be Win, I'm just stating that the tee shirt looks similar. The sleeves appear to be three quarter length which is unusual for a man.
