Bought into one several years ago, all went well till the "Master Franchise" was bought by someone with little or no ethics, just wanted a "Fast Buck or Baht" as the case may be. We saw what was about to happen and bailed out...lost quite a bit of money, but could have been much worse. The whole thing has now gone out of business.
