My Fusion Dessert

i just did it for Mother 's day

Rare Mango Cheese Cake

(1)

3/4 cup yoghurt cheese

3/4-1 cup mango puree (i used fresh riped)

honey

lemon juice

(2)

gelatin solution

-jelatin 1 sachet

-3 tablespoon cold water

1/4 cup hot water

blend (1)

for (2) put gelatin in cold water ait will it absorp water awaile ... after that post hot water till it's dissolved

but 2 into 1 and mixed well .. kieep in the fridge

serve with stickyrice , ice cream and whipping cream

(u can added cheery sauce (blended cherry in syrup with honey ..nuked it)
