Hundreds of thousands of people die every year from diseases spread by mosquitoes, and it appears to be becoming worse! Mosquito is an insect not an animal... Only 3 options. I'm sure many pedestrians can easily empatjize with the elephant and feel envious at his/her strategy in dealing with the rudeness. Maybe the ones who added the word falang to the report on TV just assumed, or maybe not... does it REALLY matter enough to go on and on and on about it? I visited the park for the first time in August and there was SO much good information and So many signs explaining what to do and not to do and the reasons why. Very impressed by the place and how it is run. This kind of thing happens, they warn and ask politely for people to comply to the rules, and PEOPLE ignore.
