Recommendations for finance - Purchasing 2nd Hand car (private sale)

Featured Replies

Anyone had any experience or can recommend a bank/finance company likely to approve a loan of 1 - 1.5 mil baht over 2 - 3 yrs for a 2nd hand car purchase. Obviously if buying from a dealer they usually have a finance Co they deal with but in this case it's a private sale.

I'd be putting down at least as much as the loan ammount. Loan would be in my wife's name. She is a house and business owner. But assume I may be able to act as Guarantor to help things along ?

Just want to avoid going to multiple places only to find they aren't able to help or deal with this situation.

Never really needed to borrow here so all new to me.

Surely this is about finance, banking and lenders... Not motoring ? Could a mod move it somewhere more suitable please not buried with the petrol heads :)

1 to 1.5 million baht loan? Equal down payment 1 to 1.5 million baht?........2 to 3 million baht for a used carw00t.gif .... better be a Rolls Royce or Ferrariwhistling.gif

If, indeed, it is such a high end car ...be careful! Maybe it has never been registered properlyblink.png ....if its a red plate special and used it probably has never been registeredbah.gif

I was able to get fiancing from Kiatnakin Bank on my truck if that helps you.

Good luck....money down the drain.cheesy.gif

All banks offer this, so as a business owner the most logical solution would be to pay a visit to her business bank.
