She is worried that she will not achieve the English level 3 and not get the car she has been promised.

It's the real informal spoken language and I'm not that good with, so might get some of it a little off, but:

a: How do you get good at English? If I don't pass level 3, I won't get a car. Getting a car is just a dream for now, I'm so stressed out. I have to work really hard otherwise I'll fail.

b: You can do it, you have to work hard though.

a: I want to drive!

a: I'm soo stressed out though!

b: I want to drive too, but will have to wait for a while first.

b: When you're good at it, you can teach me too

I had to get my wife to help a little, and learnt a bit about some of the "social" slang which is being used nowadays, as I was really confused about who was older from this lol. But from what my wife was saying, apparently now, even younger people are using พี่ when referring to themselves on social media/informal speech, which just seems really confusing to me, but I guess it's just what the cool kids are doing these days lol.
