VISA Non B Without WP3

Featured Replies

Are there still any places where we can get a 3 month Non-B without this WP3?

Thanks

Yes, but not in Asia.

In addition many consulates in Asia also want to see an approval letter from the labour office.

Singapore has done them without a work permit application but the paperwork must be perfect to get it.

If teaching below the university level it is not required to get a non-b visa.

In SE Asia most now look for the Letter of Approval (LOA) from you local labour department which is issued in response to a correctly filed work permit application.

The work permit application can usually be filed with labour without one holding a specific visa class entry.

Singapore do not specify a LOA or WP3 receipt, but you must meet their web published criteriae to the letter.

Company paperworks are up to date and there are all here! Did many before but just wondering if there is still place in Asia where we could apply for it without this WP3 and labour confirmation paper (like before). It takes now one month to get this approval letter!!!! Just crazy ;)

  • 1 month later...

Just to update, Singapore changed their regulations 2 weeks ago and now require WP3
