Is the makkasan area a ghetto for arabs,africans, indians?

Sure you guys know the area i am talking about. When you are in the area where the baiyoke hotel is located you see many blacks mostly from africa, arabs, indians and the whole place is full of trash and run down. I walked inside the area a bit to explore around after 12 midnight one day and i took some pictures which can be seen in the photo thread and it was so messy much messier than other areas of bkk now that's saying a lot. I walked into one soi and could smell a strong stench of urine and saw a party going on outside a shop. There were a group of africans having a blast of a time. I knew they were africans because they were playing african music but i didn't know from which country.

Ultimate, sweetie, I was just trying to help. And I am sorry if you were offended. From your multiple posts one after another I figured you were in need of a hug. Happens to the best of us. Nothing to be ashamed of.

And I figured you were alone in a tiny apartment deep down a soi somewhere. So I thought to get you out to a place with people. But then I realized even with people around one can feel lonely, more so in fact, if there's no one to talk to. So that's where taking your clothes and flapping your arms and making bird noises came.
