Featured Replies

when i last looked they appeared to be about 1980s vintage .so what is the definition of a "limo" ??

The last 2 I happened to be in were both less than 6 months old ... mercedes (the ones made in Thailand) ... nothing special but certainly not around 20 years old

If youre asking about Bangkok Airport limo's then the ones I've had are new - 12 months Merc certainly never had a 1980's vintage :o

Probably any vehicle operating from a Thai airport with white on mint green license plates. :o

Everytime I have seen a limo advertised, it has always been an early 80's Mercedes. Never seen anything other than that. Actual limos dont exist in Thailand that I've ever seen.

May be nostrel refers to the vintage taxis/limo which offer their services at various old fashion hotels , like Nana,Rajah, etc .

They must be 20 years up.

The real Airportlimos , with the green/mint plates, at all new , max 2 years I would say.

The Peninsula seems to have the nicest "limo". The one I was in was a 2005 500S, I believe.

Call the transportation desk and ask them to pick you up at the airport and take you to another hotel.
